To ensure a successful session, you should prepare by defining your small business’s visual style and message. Gather any products you'd like to feature and ensure your location is clean and tidy. It's also helpful to create a shot list or mood board to communicate your vision.

3. How long does a typical photo shoot last?

The duration of a session can vary based on your specific needs and package selection. Typically, sessions range from 1 to 3 hours. This allows ample time to capture a variety of images that fully represent your small business, including different setups and locations if needed.

4. Can you explain the process of selecting and receiving the final images?

After the session, I will carefully review and edit the photos (in my one-of-a-kind style) to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. You'll receive unlimited high-resolution images delivered via an online gallery, ready for you to use on your website and social media. You will receive your images between 24 and 72 hours.

5. What rights do I have to use the photos after the session?

Once you receive the final images, you have full rights to use them for commercial purposes, including marketing, advertising and social media. However, I retain the copyright to the images, allowing me to use them for my portfolio and marketing materials.

6. What happens if we need to reschedule the session due to rain or bad weather?

Weather can be unpredictable and it's important to capture your small business under the best conditions. If rain or bad weather affects our scheduled session, we can reschedule at no additional cost. I prioritise flexibility in my scheduling to accommodate such situations, ensuring we capture the brand of your business in the best possible light. We'll work together to find a new date and ensures the quality of the photos is not compromised.

7. How far in advance should I book a session?

It’s a good idea to book your photo shoot at least 2-4 weeks in advance. This allows ample time for planning and coordination, ensuring that we can tailor the session to perfectly reflect your vision. Early booking also provides flexibility in scheduling, especially if you have specific dates or times in mind. This time frame ensures that we can address any details like location, props, styling and make adjustments if needed.
